RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. You must request your return using our Return Request Form to receive an authorisation number within 3 days of receiving your order. Refused, unclaimed or undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customer's error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Please note the following:

- The original shipping fee is non refundable.

- Returns are authorised only once per order.

- If a package was not delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. We provide a tracking number for all our packages so it will be easier for you to know when to expect it. We also track all of our shipments on a daily basis to ensure receipt.

-  Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to the items to us. If the package is returned after 14 days of the delivery date the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.


SALE ITEMS 

All items from the SALE category are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. 


- STORE CREDIT 

Your store credit will be in the form of a gift certificate. We will email you a special code which will also be stored in your store account, which can be used at any time with no expiration date at www.internationalfashiontrading.com. You will be given credit for the items returned only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Store credits will be issued 1-2 business days after we receive and process the merchandise. 


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS 

Items listed in the following categories are not accepted: 

Cosmetics, Undergarments, Hosiery for hygienic purposes. Please do not send back any of these items.
